Hari is great at what he does. He manages everyone and not let them manage him. He is dependable, respectful and gets the job done.

Hari Drayton was a participant in the Department of Correction's Instructor Development Course almost four years ago. It was here that he developed facilitation skills and adult learning practices far ahead of his peers. Since then, Hari has become a regular academy instructor where he is honing his platform skills teaching a number of topics in correctional and leadership training. From my regular observations and comments from his participants, his training is highly interactive and a pleasure to attend. His abilities and performance has surpassed some of his contemporaries with more training experience. I recommend Hari without reservation for any training assignment.
